About Evergreen DRES

Founded in 2017, Evergreen is a land development company who works closely with property owners, builders and contractors to help budget, schedule, and execute all phases of development from preconstruction to final plat. Since inception, Evergreen has developed thousands of lots across the Southeast, U.S. and has served numerous local, regional and national builder groups along with private investors and firms. The Evergreen team features qualified and skillful project managers who monitor each phase of a project from startup to final plat, continually interfacing with field contractors and the client to ensure the seamless completion of each project. One of our main responsibilities is to efficiently and effectively communicate necessary information. We are also equipped to link field operations into costing approval to produce seamless billing which is filtered through our accounting department and project managers for approval and packaged for our client each month. Evergreen is committed to ensuring that our clients desired completion date is on target and within budget. We love what we do and appreciate the opportunity to serve.
