Evergreen Property is an established property management company based in the North Quarter on Ferry Road, Edinburgh. We offer tailored property management solutions for both long and short lets. We have been recognised as one of Edinburgh's best Short Let Managers in TravelMag and Barry Burton, the director, sat on the board of the Association of Scotland's Self Caterers (ASSC) for several years. With Denise Robertson heading up a strong Short Lets team, we have helped several of our landlords negotiate the difficulties of licensing and still retain nearly 70 short let proeprties. Denise is assisted by Vili and a range of out of hours staff, enabling us to offer a 5 minute response time 8am to 10pm. The Long Let team comprises of Matthew Bringloe, our senior Property Manager and Magda Kiec who moved over from Short Lets who has recently fully qualified after finishing her Letwell Course.
