Evergreen Quality Home from Vancouver Washington 98685 (Hazell Dell area; close to Salmon Creek; Felida; Ridgefield etc.) , provides a warm, loving, and caring environment for seniors who can no longer live on their own ( ex : people with special needs such as: all types of dementia , physical therapy, stroke recovery, bed bound , hospice etc). We have been serving the Vancouver, WA area for 10+ years. We are an Adult Family Home that houses a maximum of six residents at one time. Due to this, we can provide a high level of one-on-one attention that can be adjusted with the aging process of any individual. This setting allows our residents to “age in place” meaning, they don’t have to relocate every time their need level advances, since specialized nursing care, therapy, or hospice professional can come to the AFH. Aging in place is considered a “golden standard” for senior care, because relocating can be disconcerting or disorientating to many elderly . The staff at Evergreen Quality Home prides themselves on providing a safe, clean environment filled with various social and recreational activities. This provides our residents with an overall well-being, routine, and most importantly a sense of home. We understand the hardships that come along with aging and the realization that a loved one can no longer take care of themselves. Our staff is also recognizes the difficulty this realization can have on those left behind. This is why we strive to make the transition as simple as possible and give families the peace of mind they deserve.
