Evergreen is a Christian non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs. Three styles of independent living accommodations Two levels of assisted living plus memory care Short-term rehabilitation and post-surgical care Long-term skilled nursing Evergreen At Home personal care and homemaker services Our 35-acre campus features beautiful, natural surroundings and is bordered by our own Oak Savanna Woodlands. We are home to almost 250 residents, and also a destination for families, community members, volunteers, non-profit groups and other visitors Evergreen is committed to promoting an active lifestyle of choice, freedom, safety, community and value with lively opportunities for both residents and staff.
