Everlasting Services is a locally-owned assisted living provider specializing in the long-term care of seniors and disabled adults who have traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and dementia. All of the executive team and staff are hired and trained under the company, not outsourced by a third-party management company. The owners are hands-on leaders who believe in volunteering and giving back to the local community. Everlasting Services provides 24/7 care and assistance to their residents and offers daily activities in their Enrichment Program that has been the centerpiece of its social and community program. Its caregiving team is headed by their Director of Nursing who oversees the safety and care of all their residents. General and specialized training for its caregivers covers everything from basic care to specific care, such as cognitive deficits, behavioral conditions, intervention techniques, safety protocols, medication administration, etc. Its kitchen department is headed by a culinary executive and its dining team—line cooks, prep support, servers and dishwashers.
