About Every Girl Living
Every Girl Living (EGL) is a boutique concierge wellness practice specializing in psychotherapy, life coaching and other wellness services such as yoga and health coaching for women ages 30-55 (and 13-29 this Fall 2019*). Our clients are nurturing, smart and creative. These women are modern who, although they’re going through some of the toughest times in their lives, still love to laugh. They are natural helpers, which has become a problem because they have often forgotten to take care of themselves. EGL is about helping these women become empowered to live authentic and health balanced lives. When working with EGL, women become aquatinted with the girl within- the one who has often been overlooked, abused, neglected etc. These women begin to show themselves self-compassion and grace. As a result, healing and authenticity begins.
