An EdTech and consultancy business improving communication in schools and business by encouraging engagement. EVC was set up by two school friends, one an IT expert with website development experience of over 20 years and the other a teacher and SMT member with over 25 years experience in both the state and independent sector. A belief in treating staff as team members and helping them achieve their goals as well as the organisations they work within led them to form Every Voice Counts. How does it work? EVC has been designed to improve staff wellbeing through its unique threefold design. The weekly survey, the social wall and the dedicated blog ensure staff feel valued and listened to. Users can either utilise our own question bank or create their own, all answers are anonymous but crucially senior management can answer points raised publically, privately or use the feedback for regular CPD/Staff meetings EVC is a simple, cost-effective and powerful tool and the brainchild of an expert in IT and web-based software and an educator who has taught for over 25 years with experience as a Department Head, Pastoral Leader and a member of Senior Management. The system is being used by schools from across the educational landscape and many have also made use of our bespoke parent surveys to reach out and communicate regularly with these crucial stakeholders.
