Nicola has finally taken the plunge and has set-up her own small but perfectly formed design company - everyday design ltd. She's been itching to deploy her finely honed design leadership and CX/Service design practice at her own clients helping them solve a range of design challenges, from simple to complex. So far, she is delighted at the impact she is having, delivering tangible business impact using a human-centred design approach. Nicola collaborates with a small group of fellow designers who collectively possess a spectrum of design skills, from deep, design research through to UX. They typically come together for bigger projects although the power of the 'duo' in smaller design projects is a lovely thing to behold!
