EVERY FAMILY NEEDS A VOICE/EFNAV Mission Every Family Needs A Voice, is a local nonprofit organization committed to delivering free community support services to the Blytheville area. Our core services include: 1.Assisting needy families in identifying utility services and bill payment assistance programs and directly providing monetary resources during the summer and winter season; 2.Providing needed medications and special dietary foods (and the monies to procure such) to residents unable to afford these vital goods; 3.Assisting in identifying job placement services and other economic opportunities; 4.Assisting in identifying housing resources and opportunities. Project Description EFNAV program staff works tirelessly to provide help to local area families. Many of our participants’ have emergency situations that require an immediate response to action. These families are suffering due to current economic woes while balancing to raise a family in our poverty-stricken Delta region. Food provision and utility assistance are the most requested needs of EFNAV. While our organization has primarily provided these programs through personal finances, requests are mounting and exceeding our program’s budget. EFNAV does not want to leave a family behind while they are facing their darkest times, but we are starting to turn families away because of the inability to provide the resources to meet their requests. .
