About Everything Menopause

We are a Hampshire-based holistic menopause clinic offering 1-to-1 treatment and advice designed specifically for each individual's needs. Our doctors are all British Menopause Society recognised Menopause Specialists, practising NHS GPs, trainers and women's health advocates. Founded in 2021 by Dr Sally Louden and Dr Sam Davies, we are passionate about ensuring women receive the most up-to-date evidence-based information and advice to enable them to make the right treatment and lifestyle choices to thrive through midlife and beyond. We offer comprehensive consultations for women at all stages of their menopause journeys, either in-person at our Hampshire clinic or online, to fully get to know a patient's history, symptoms and the impact on their life. We then discuss all the appropriate lifestyle and treatment options, including HRT and non-hormonal medicines where appropriate, developing a shared menopause management plan. In addition to our clinics, we offer bespoke menopause education and training events for businesses and organisations, to help increase awareness and understanding of the menopause, its impact on individuals and their workplaces, and how they can be effectively supported. And we are regularly invited to be guest speakers at numerous events.
