Since the foundation of the company (Spain 1972), the objective of Extractos Vegetales S.A. (EVESA) has been to improve the products provided by nature and to make them useful and more attractive to its customers. Since its beginning, EVESA has evolved from the cultivation, extraction and commercialization of natural extracts, of aromatic plants and spices for the food, feed and pet food industries, fragrances and pharmaceutical products. EVESA produces a wide range of paprika powder and blends, paprika oleoresins, natural antioxidants (ex rosemary), herbal and spice oleoresins, orange extracts, labdanum derivatives, (gums, resinoids, absolutes and concretes), etc. A turnover of EUR 15 million and a workforce of 60 to 70 people make EVESA the largest producer of paprika oleoresins and paprika powder in the EU. The result is EVESA, a company that today competes in a globalised world market. The traditional extraction techniques and the sophisticated analytical and evaluation techniques are the instruments used in EVESA to guarantee the quality of our products with the clear objective of achieving the satisfaction of our customers. EVESA's products are manufactured following strict quality measures (HACCP, GMP, ISO's) and are prepared according to each customer's specifications. EVESA is also VALID IT by TESCO and member of SEDEX. In addition, EVESA is certified by ISO 22.000 and FSSC 22000. With a worldwide distribution network through our agents and by participating in the most important international exhibitions, EVESA makes its products available all over the world.
