In October 2022, Evolution Infrastructure Limited acquired the business of the market-leading financial advisory, modelling, model assurance and training provider to the infrastructure and project finance sector, DWPF Services Limited. Evolution Infrastructure is a new company set up by Daniel Tyerman, Hamish Tulloch and Simon Johnson. Evolution Infrastructure reflects the team’s ambition to continue to grow the business and diversify into new sectors in infrastructure, renewable energy and the energy transition. We are excited to continue providing market-leading services to our clients, enabling the delivery of vital infrastructure for a brighter future. The Evolution Infrastructure team has over 100 years of collective experience providing innovative and independent financial advice and financial modelling services, during which we have advised on over 200 completed transactions and raised over £8bn of financing in the process.
