Evolution Training has been training, coaching and developing people in businesses and organisations since 1998. The organisations we have worked with over that time range from the Defence Industry and Scientific/technical companies through to the NHS, teachers and academics. Evolution is a small agile company with 5 employees and a network of associates who are based around the UK. Our associates have been picked to provide a range of expertise which enables us to deliver high quality focused training and development designed to leave participants with skills that can be used immediately. We are experts in human interactions and helping organisations and individuals reach their goals. Giving them a unique perspective with our ‘How to’ strategies. Working specifically for those who are specialists in a field but have not necessarily had the time or opportunity so far to cultivate the more advanced communication skills that will give them the edge and confidence in all circumstances. The ability to communicate has a profound effect on raising an individual’s level of performance in all areas of organisations. It is critical to skill employees with the ability to maintain high level of rapport with clients increase customer retention as well as create new business. Our aim is to provide practical techniques and strategies that can be applied immediately back in the workplace.
