Dr. Kathryn Murray (Australia) and Dr. Nagamani Krishnamurthy (India) have partnered to develop an international program to support early childhood teachers and ultimately, the children of the world. The Doctors use their combined 75 years of experience in the education sector to guide teachers to expand their teaching skills and knowledge. The program is values oriented, and creates calm, productive and playful early childhood classrooms where teachers and children have the opportunity to be the best that they can be. The program is designed to support self understanding, awareness and self management of Emotional Intelligence skill development and applying it to the classroom environment. Our ‘EVOLVE - Yourself’ program offers teachers the opportunity to understand and use emotional intelligence as part of their pedagogical approach in the classroom. This is a pedagogical approach to deepen self understanding and subsequently deepen learning opportunities for children.
