Over 12 years ago she chose the word Evosis as an amalgamation of evolution and metamorphosis. This is a reflection of both Al's personal development journey and how she helps leaders, teams and organisations through their own transformations. Al continues to develop and reposition her work through her own explorations, in the pursuit of becoming more her true self and adapting to the changing needs of leaders and organisations. This latest version its a true representation of all of Al's professional qualifications, expertise and experience, amalgamated with her strengths. Creating a unique blend of business psychology, Gestalt leadership, organisation and leadership development, delivered through key strengths of collaboration, creativity, flexibility and courage. All of these activities are grounded in a strong sense of social justice, exploring the impact of power dynamics and valuing everyone's unique contributions. Thus also meeting the needs of leaders and organisations responding to continuous change, complex environments and increasing pressure to deliver social justice in their organisations. Al also works with a highly skilled, diverse network of independent consultants who help meet client needs, adds to her expertise and ensure that the people we work with see their own identities represented in our consultant team.
