EWElsass Consulting LLC offers an eclectic range of consulting and management services with a focus in the areas of life & health insurance, automotive ownership & investment, and social media marketing. President Eric Elsass has been heavily involved in the car scene and has gained firsthand industry incite through working with dealerships and his own collection. He receiving a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Akron and joined his father to form the Elsass Financial Group in 1990. Together they grew the business over the next 20 years, taking on additional partners and staff, and adding locations. Eric sold his shares in “EFG” in December of 2011, and after a short brake formed Executive Detailing Services [Ed’s Detailing] in May of 2012. What started as a simple idea has turned into a thriving business, with Ed’s experiencing accelerated growth each year since inception. Ed’s provides automotive detailing, photography, and marketing services. He served 13+ years on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army in Wadsworth, then in the spring of 2015 stepped into a new role as their Business Administrator with a charge to increase their community visibility and incoming donations. He used Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets to help accomplish these goals with the local corps seeing a 39.3% increase in Christmas donations for their 2015 Campaign and 20.6% increase in 2016. His 2015 “Red Cup” meme went viral with a total reach of over 88,000 individuals [from a page with only 200+ followers at that time]. In the fall of 2017 Eric returned to the insurance industry by joining Advanced Insurance Designs Inc. as their life insurance specialist and Account Executive. He works with businesses and individuals in helping them review and update their life and health insurance coverage.
