Emotional Wellbeing Group (EWG) was founded in 2019 to meet the growing need for accessible, affordable counselling. We are a not-for-profit organisation who began by offering easy-to-access online counselling and have since expanded to include in-person therapy, while staying true to our mission of removing barriers to mental health support. We work with individuals, couples and young people experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, bereavement, compulsive behaviours, addiction and other life difficulties. We understand that for many, paying for a private counsellor isn’t an option, and that free or low-cost mental health services can involve long waiting lists depending on location. That’s why we’re committed to providing low-cost therapy options, along with practical guidance and supportive signposting to other resources. Our passion is simple yet powerful: everyone deserves access to counselling and mental health support, without long waits, without high costs, and without judgment. Our vision is a future where seeking support is destigmatised and is available for anyone.
