Our organization is dedicated to empowering women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Our mission is to inspire, support, and connect women at all stages of their STEM journeys. We provide resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help women break down barriers and achieve their full potential.💡📚 Focus areas of EWS: 1. Mentorship & Education Support – Empowering young girls on their STEM journey through mentorship, guidance, and access to funding opportunities for those facing financial barriers. 2. Networking & Community Building – Providing a platform for women in STEM to connect, exchange knowledge, and support each other’s growth. While the focus is on women, the platform remains open to all. 3. Advocacy & Policy Engagement – Raising awareness about the challenges women in STEM face and actively working with policymakers, national and international leaders to drive meaningful change. 4. Professional Development & Capacity Building – Organizing training sessions, workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills, career growth, and leadership development in STEM fields.
