Why? - High cost and resource burden on clinics - Numerous barriers for patients (cost, travel, symptom flare-ups) - Low adherence due to limited understanding of patient behavior - Inferior remote solutions lacking monitoring and meaningful data We have the answer. Our intuitive, high-touch web-based application uses innovative motion detection to facilitate fully remote patient assessments, leading to tailored hybrid interventions and improved patient self-management. We achieve 94% adherence. By deeply understanding patient behavior and consistently capturing data on movement, vital signs, and self-reported symptoms, we can flag the risk of exacerbations. We aim to be part of the solution in Canada and China, where over 100 million patients suffer from COPD and the government prioritizes rehabilitation as part of the “Healthy China 2030” initiative.
