Exact Invest A/S was founded in 2005 and has its headquarter based in Aarhus, Denmark. Since 2007 the pivotal point of the company has been Latin America, where the company and its subsidiaries are acting as administrators of a number of unlisted specialized funds investing in Brazil and Colombia (look under ‘products’ for further information). Exact Invest A/S is always close to its investments and has local offices in Fortaleza, São Paulo and Bogotá. In total, the company employs 25 highly skilled and dedicated employees, who all have cultural understanding and speak the respective local languages. With more than 200 Danish investors and EUR 70 million under administration, Exact Invest A/S invests in the development of housing target the middle class, land plot development, shopping centers and office buildings in Brazil and Colombia. Furthermore, a Private Equity Fund was established early 2013 focused on buying and selling Brazilian small/medium-sized enterprises and companies with a keen interest in the Brazilian market. The Management Team has many years of experience within the field of finance and real estate and has solid networks in Brazil, Colombia and Denmark. Exact Invest A/S is a first mover, proactive and always looking for new possibilities on current and potential markets.
