Exclusive Restorations is a fully licensed and insured home remodel and renovation company located in the Philadelphia area. As a general contractor, Exclusive Restorations coordinates and supervises the work at our construction sites from early development to final product. While we have some areas of expertise we are still involved in all areas of the building process with the goal of producing high end quality work in both residential and commercial properties. Before beginning a project, we will submit an itemized bid or price quote taking into consideration material, labor, safety, and state/local laws and then discuss suitable payment options. Although the lowest bid may look attractive we suggest you, the client, look further and inspect the quality of all material and work. On each project we will work together to find the most convenient method to obtain the necessary building materials (i.e. lumber, tile, concrete, steel, electrical), permits and licenses for cunstruction, and see that building codes and safety regulations are followed.
