About ExecRep

We're a boutique recruiting firm primarily working in San Francisco Bay and Seattle. We have a team based approach to recruiting that creates a positive and motivating environment where everyone can work within their expertise and comfort zone. We encourage our people to work intelligently instead of relying on blind numbers. We train them to be agents and we hold them to the higher ethical standards that we feel should exist in the recruiting industry. Our "golden rule" of recruiting... "We don't sell. We listen, advise, and inform." We work in the construction industry and follow market trends. In the recession, we did a lot of recruiting for publicly funded projects. Our recession was their boom. Our latest focus has been in multi-family construction. We have relationships and agreements in place with some of the largest REITs, Developers, and GCs in world as well as smaller companies where the president and/or owner is hands on next to their people. The demand for outside recruiting support in commercial construction really heated up in 2016 and continues to go strong in 2017 as well. We've been picking up more commercial clients over the past year and have begun to expand beyond the San Francisco Bay area; developing a stronger presence in "SoCal", WA, and OR.
