About Executive Development Group

We develop and provide leadership education, organizational development and executive coaching to clients worldwide. Our approach is research-based and supported by decades of academic and corporate experience. Executive Development Group is experienced with a wide variety of organizations—public, private, NGO, government—presenting unique requirements in change management, talent management, competitiveness, process improvement and workplace enhancement. Our three partners are psychologists who publish frequently and hold faculty positions with major universities. Our principals are: Sandra L. Shullman, PhD, Managing Partner, Columbus Office, is internationally known in leadership and executive assessment and development and manages large and long-term corporate clients for the firm. Sandy teaches leadership in the HEC School of Business for its EMBA programs in Paris, Doha and Beijing, and also serves as faculty for the Duke University Fuqua Business School Global Learning Network. Lily Kelly-Radford, PhD, is an executive coach and leadership development consultant to clients worldwide, teaching with Duke Corporate Education and HEC in Paris, Doha and Beijing. Dr. Kelly-Radford was previously executive vice president of global markets at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she led worldwide delivery of executive education in North America, Europe and Asia. Randall P. White, PhD, is founding partner of Executive Development Group and an international thought leader in the field of executive coaching and leadership development, teaching with Duke Corporate Education (Durham and London), is an HEC Affiliate Professor (Paris, Doha, and Beijing), co-head of Leadership in the EMBA program at HEC, and teaches leadership in the TRIUM Global EMBA program.
