We are the single largest owner-operator of commercial office space in the metropolitan area. The company currently owns approximately 4 million square feet of Class A office space and related parking structures. Our diversified portfolio includes property located throughout the metropolitan area. One Kansas City Place with over 800,000 square feet is the company’s flagship property in the heart of Downtown Kansas City. The Plaza Steppes building is located on the iconic Country Club Plaza. Over 1 million square feet of property is located along the vibrant Ward Parkway corridor, and another 1 million square feet is centrally located in South Kansas City. We own and manage another 10 office buildings all along the College Boulevard corridor of Overland Park. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service to each of our tenants. Our portfolio leases to some of the finest national and locally based firms including: Evergy, Spring Venture Group, Black & Veatch, Bank of America, CBIZ, St. Luke’s Hospital System, Baker University, NBKC, Netsmart, NIC/Tyler Technologies.
