Executive Human Resource Solutions, LLC (EHR) provides people and organizations with broad, global expertise in talent management and leadership development solutions. Founded in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2005, we expanded to Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania in 2014 to also serve firms in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas. We currently are working with executive leaders in Asia and Europe, in addition to the United States, in assessing leadership talent and assisting the development of the next generation of leaders. The EHR advantage is found in our broad, global expertise in talent management, leadership development, organizational development and change management. We have the flexibility to scale-up to handle major HR projects and then scale back to monitor / maintain HR oversight when business events require less of an HR presence. This allows growing companies to turn their human resource cost from fixed to variable expenses.
