What pushed this to exist By late 2024, I was calling off work just to recover. Sharp pain in my back. Numb hands. Exhausted all the time—even after 8 hours of sleep. My body wasn’t bouncing back. Fitness advice didn’t work. I needed something that did. Turns out, I wasn’t alone: Fatigue now costs the cleaning industry $4.1 billion a year.
