As a Professional Real Property Consultant and Broker/Owner of EXIT First Realty with over 35 years of full-time professional Real Estate practice, I am the Premier Resource for all things Real Estate in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia area (DMV), in addition to being licensed in Florida.
