Expanding You exists to support the transformation from a world of fear to a world of freedom. Freedom for all to be our authentic selves, at choice in how we respond, experiencing the energetic vibrance of being truly fulfilled. We foster growth through online programs, starting from you are. We are excited to come alongside and guide you through the process of seeing the constraints of your conditioning and leaning into the journey of identity; from the powerlessness of “unfair” to the power of influence, and, ultimately, to the transformation into realizing, embracing, and embodying your authentic self. We guide the way. Each person develops a concept of self; we help you see how yours developed. Through shifts in awareness, accountability, self-compassion, and healing we help you experience the world in a more authentic way, aware of an inner self that wants something more, a greater degree of alignment and fulfillment. We understand the perception of “self” serves as a foundation for your interactions with the world. Meeting yourself with conscious intention frees you to choose new paths and ways of being. We celebrate who you are as we invite you to see who you are meant to become. To quote the brilliant philosopher and teacher Lao-Tzu, “When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.” Expanding You is an organization that helps develop individuals, families, and corporations through educational and transformational programs. We bring evidence-based techniques that respect the interactions of actions, thoughts, feelings, and physiology. We do this through online programs, coaching, consulting, forums, events, and keynotes. We do this by offering practical tools for your daily life.
