Expansive Media is a boutique video editing studio. We create the perfect video using your existing footage. Personal videos. Company videos. Independent Film projects and documentaries. - Assembly Import and combine clips into a cohesive timeline where dead spaces are cut, and highlights are kept. - Effects Adding effects such as putting your logo on object, window, plane, building, billboard. This can be something like taking a simple photo and adding movement, overlaying multiple images together and adding light leaks, focus blurs and interesting framing to make the most of it. - Titles, Intros, Outros ...and scene transitions. - Add Stock Footage We can take an interview setting where someone is talking, and intersperse stock footage to make it more interesting and illustrative (we call that b-roll). We license oodles of stock footage, sound effects, and music scores across many services. We have made many a video, even told entire life-stories for people, starting with next to nothing. - Compile from Many Sources These are typically photos & videos of various shapes and sizes, taken at various times. Often over years. We'll string all of that together, add music, streamline even improve the look of photos. Often includes clean-up....say you snapped a photo with your phone, of a picture in a frame on a wall - we can crop in, clean up add a background around it, put it into a montage. - Color Grading COLOR CORRECTING - converting a video to a better color space, bringing over/under exposed film in-line, removing glaring issues. COLOR GRADING - making it really pop. ADDING A LOOK - not always a requirement, can cause people to wonder if you hired a movie crew to come do your event. - SOUND IMPROVEMENTS Mix the volume levels (voice is too quiet, something else is too loud) Remove or minimize background hummm - air conditioners, building, traffic noises Add body, depth, deepen voices - add SFX.
