We offer attachment-informed couples therapy. We treat disconnection as the primary problem and all other details as symptomatic to this. As people, are all wired to feel safe and settled when we are connected. We educate couples about the distance maintaining cycles they are caught in using modern attachment theory. We frame these self protective stances & cycles as the common problem and facilitate new connected conversations & experiences using experiential therapy. Our approach aims to address the root causes of relational difficulties whilst remaining very practical & accessible. We provide tools from the very first session so couples can begin integrating the work at home from the start. We want you to be able to find a new flow together, that can last. Our approach is a fine tuned combination of Systemic Therapy Experiential Elements Attachment-Informed Therapy Coaching Practices We have weekly sessions available in Richmond, Mayfair, Leather head and online We also have specialist programmes offering re-bonding experiential experiences for couples impacted by Addiction A six week programme in central London, Start2stop, which accepts external referrals 1-2 day intensives for those impacted by sex and/or pornography addiction, wanting to settle their attachment cycles and find a clear pathway to recovery from betrayal trauma.
