About Expert Site Services

Expert site services offer modular building installation and removal. We also provide all aspects of joinery and internal fit out. We provide full nationwide coverage and all work is carried out by experienced and skilled trained operatives. Expert site services was established through a close working relationship between Varley Construction & Engineering Ltd and LM Joinery Ltd. We made the decision to join forces and combine our two companies expertise and experience in the modular and portable building industry, enabling us to offer our clients a greater variety of services. The merging of the two companies allowed us to take on larger projects and since our formation Expert Site Services has quickly established itself as a key sub-contractor within the modular and portable building sector working with many clients from major modular builders in the UK. Expert site services are a Gold Construction line approved business with Acclaim Accreditation. We work to strict health and safety guidelines, successfully on tier 1 main contractor sites and have an excellent health and safety record with a positive health and safety culture within our business and we welcome and encourage feedback from every level. We undertake all aspects of site work including: modular building installation and removal, dry lining/partitioning, all aspects of joinery and more recently painting and decoration. Expert site services take pride in our work and aim to deliver an excellent service with each project we undertake.
