The Explast Co, specializing exclusively in special packaging products like plastic valve bag. Doing a brief description, we would say that is a plastic bag is closed at the top and bottom, which incorporates a valve that allows the import of materials (ie fill-up the bag with materials), but does not allow the export of materials. (ie just the valve bag filled with material sealing automatically) Our plastic valve bag is patent product and is manufactured with completely different standards and philosophy from other similar products on the global market. Due to the specific formulation and manufacturing our own plastic valve bag, superior in comparison to these products, because has: • Excellent, amazing strength to accumulated load, and falls from a belt conveyor, tipper truck etc. (You will not believe your eyes, ask us to send you free samples of the bag to find out.) • Excellent quality gluing, our valve bags has only homogeneous hot-gluing without the use of foreign pasty substances • Too much water tightness because of the special valve consists of three plastic films of different thickness, with a film to be folded and close the entrance of the valve (the only valve bag, in this category, that can be used for packing viscous materials - pulp.)
