EXPX is a Venture and Value Creation business focusing on niche Education Models and transformative Property Development. We get excited about projects that change the game. Living in this incredible country of South Africa, we abide by a simple modus operandi: Change comes from Within We are on the constant lookout for opportunities that will impact the people of our community in a meaningful way, and ultimately generate a positive knock-on effect. Where we can, we like to replicate a winning formula, whilst absorbing the nuances of a changing landscape. We are especially passionate about driving current modes of education into new spaces that address several key issues: - Developing & operating educative structures and environments that enable children to learn their way effectively into the 4th Industrial Revolution. - Operating & evolving much needed Learning & Development Centres for Learners with Special Educational Needs (LSEN). - Creating & hosting spaces where children with Special Needs can receive care and developmental therapy in order to improve their everyday capabilities. Equally exciting for us is the prospect of developing residential property projects that address needs and opportunities not currently being met by the Private and Public sectors. We balance our investment and focus across various Socio-Economic levels where we believe there are emergent opportunities.
