The mission of Extended Families of Nebraska (EFN) is to provide individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives, utilizing the most natural settings possible, to achieve their maximum potential which promotes their development and success in the community. Extended Families of Nebraska (EFN) focuses its supports on extended family home, while also providing in-home services and vocational services in Lincoln. We support individuals through EFH in the Lincoln and Omaha areas, as well as smaller communities such as Laurel and Bertrand. EFN aims to provided high quality habilitative servies in natural settings, which provide the individuals we serve with the best opportunity to develop relationships and realize their full potential.
