In consequence Exterius Integration UG has two divisions: a) Expatriates integration and b) Business consulting. The Expatriates Integration Division Specialization on integration of expatriates into the German labour market and assisting German students to find internship positions in Latin American companies is the main goal of this division of Exterius Integration UG. While most coaching firms focus on homogenous populations, Exterius Integration UG pays particular attention to understanding the cultural barriers and challenges, along with the personal goals and expectations that expatriates face while looking for a job in Germany and that German students have while searching for internship positions in Latin America. The Business Consulting Division The business consulting division of Exterius Integration UG main target are German enterprises who have presence in Latin America or want to develop their business in that continent and international companies who have business in Germany or Latin America. The purpose of this division is to offer a range of consulting services focalized on strategic legal planning that assure the continuity and security of any business done by German companies in Latin America or international companies making business in Germany and Latin America. This division focus on providing advice on Mergers & Acquisitions, contracts, strategic alliances and international corporate governance on the basis of an international context.
