Extreme Measures Inc® specializes in building measurement. We use high-accuracy laser scanners to generate as-built floor plans, elevations and 3D BIM/CAD models. Since 1996, our company has measured over 850 million square feet of real estate for many of the world's most prominent companies. We service a diverse clientele of building owners, managers, brokers, builders, architects, engineers, designers, fabricators, and tenants. Extreme Measures is a global leader in BOMA Floor Measurement Standards. We are currently under contract with BOMA International to edit and illustrate the next generation of floor measurement standards. We also host a free BOMA Help Desk online, which is the preferred industry resource for assistance with BOMA Standards interpretation and implementation. Extreme Measures continually develops proprietary web applications such as Planmine™ (for archival file storage, lease tracking and building management) - a considerable value-added benefit to our clients. Our Planmine API allows our most progressive clients to interface the latest plans, area data, lease and building information directly from their own data-driven websites.
