ETTI will provide technical expertise, end product know-how and old fashioned craftsmanship from the most advanced programming equipment including CAD system tool design and Four Axis, EDM independent programming, along with our skill in building dies for a wide range of polymers. Typical applications for ETTI's products include, but are not limited to: Coextrusion Tubing Profile Sheet Crosshead Cap Stocking Window Profile Metal Embedment Multi-lumen Tooling Crosshead for medical tubing application Foam Profiles ETTI capabilities include Die/Sizing/Calibrator Construction. Our custom dies can be made of the material of your choice or we will recommend a proper material based upon the application and other specified parameters. Our sizing tools (either profile, vacuum, dry or post form sizers) are constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel. ETTI provides high-speed sizing for hollow shapes, too. One key factor for our leadership position in the field is design flexibility. ETTI has the unique capability for the independent programming of the top and bottom of the work piece at the same time. Known as Four Axis EDM cutting, this simultaneous programming capability provides streamline extrusion tooling. Whether your requirement is for extrusion dies, vacuum sizing or die development work, ETTI has the technical expertise and facilities to serve you.
