10 years ago, Jeremy Graziano, O.D., started his private practice in Portland, OR. With a particular love for the diagnostic power of the slit lamp, he searched for an option that would provide "a what you see is what you get" experience. At that time, there were simply no options and he began experimenting on ways to create a new and market changing device. Working in combination with optics engineers, he made significant progress. It was a fortunate connection made in 2008 that allowed the vision of a simple interface, reliable hardware and functional artistry to come together. Dr. Graziano met Martin Waugh and invited him to become a co-owner. Martin has a background in physics, sophisticated programming skills, and he is a world authority in fine art high-speed photography of liquids. He has developed unique and landmark processes for automating technical photography and brought this special skill set to Eye Photo Systems. It was no surprise that with his invaluable contributions, the product made a quick leap to becoming a truly next generation imaging solution.
