EZ DOC Corporation was founded by Randall C. Sorensen in November of 1995. The company develops intellectual software solutions for law offices, insurance companies and mortgage companies. In addition to being a CPA, he is Certified in Financial Forensics and has been licensed in Insurance, Real Estate and Securities. While working at Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Sorensen recognized the importance of preparing a detailed request for production of records. He was hired by the Arizona House of Representatives as a financial forensic expert in the Impeachment of Governor Evan Mecham. His analysis of the Governor’s financial documents resulted in his Impeachment. The State of Arizona had invested 600 man hours without producing any significant results. In contrast, the discovery by Mr. Sorensen documented the insolvency of the Governor's private business. The total time required to justify the Governor’s impeachment was just 4 hours.. The record request program has been utilized by the largest insurance company in the U.S. since 1996. Attorneys and insurance adjusters have prepared over 5,000 requests.
