EzCOI.com makes Certificates of Insurance available to your Insureds, at no cost to them, 24/7. They prepare it, you approve it, we email it. We get COIs to your Insureds more quickly, while we save you (the insurance agent) time and money. Through our secure site, your Insureds can access the COIs that you make available to them. Those COIs are easily preloaded by you, complete with everything except the Certificate Holder information. Once loaded, the COI remains available for repeated access by your Insured. Whenever a COI is needed, your insured simply signs in to EZCOI.com, accesses their COI, and adds the Certificate Holder information. The completed COI is emailed to them to in a PDF format, ready for them to forward, fax, or mail to the Certificate Holder. The entire process can be repeated over and over, without the insured having to call your office. Our simple web site also enables your Insured to add Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation, or any necessary wording to the Description/Special Items section. In these cases, we email you for approval. Once approved by you, the COI is emailed to your Insured. Through this approval process, we give you total control over all certificates emailed to your Insureds. We help them get their COIs quickly while saving you the time, effort, phone calls and faxes typically required to complete the COI delivery process. Liability COIs represented on the Agent's Acord Form 25 and needed by the Named Insured for a 3rd party are available.
