F&B MFG is an industry leading manufacturer specializing in complex sheet metal fabrication of customer designed products. Experts in complex, machined and sheet metal assemblies, made from a variety of materials including Nickel alloys, Aluminum, Stainless steel and Titanium. F&B’s strength is combining multiple special processes (forming, welding, machining, NDT, non-conventional machining) together to create complex geometries. Products are sold primarily to the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries for use in commercial and military aircraft, missiles, helicopters, regional jets, business jets, and semi-conductor capital equipment. F&B opened in Chicago in 1923 and soon found success as a Tier 1 supplier to Motorola. In the 1960’s, F&B started hydro forming in Gurnee, Illinois, and in 1967, F&B followed Motorola to Phoenix opening a new 30,000 sf. plant. F&B has evolved into a 100,000 sf. facility employing over 150 highly skilled team members supporting various industries.
