Founded as a family business in 1974, Temponi Trattamenti Termici began to expand in 1988 with the construction of a new production plant in Nave (Brescia). The expansion in 1995, result of the commitment and business skills which have always characterised both the first and second generation, led to a leap forward in terms of speed and flexibility of the service and in terms of quality. There have been another three milestones in the company’s growth: in 2006 Temponi Trattamenti Termici expanded once again, introducing a third unit dedicated to the thermal treatment of aluminium and copper alloys, in 2012 it created a network of thermal treatment enterprises called HTN41 and in 2015 it extended its services to the steel sector. The evolution did not regard solely the size of the company but above all the technology, automation of the processes and full computerization, from production to management. In this way the company is able to guarantee reproducibility, control and uniformity, fulfilling the requirements of the TUV UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. Using an advanced management software, customers can remotely control the progress of the works, at any time, and obtain information and certificates from their “dedicated area”, in accordance with the most recent European guidelines regarding traceability of the product, in order to ensure a completely integrated cycle and full visibility. The company’s mission is to constantly improve its services, creating a mutually beneficial working relationship, offering its customers a single reference point, a wide range of technologies and know-how, a network of specialists, over 40 years of experience, quality, flexibility and the highest level of professionalism.
