We do a small number of custom homes every year. Our goal is to provide quality and excellence - in customer service and homebuilding. We work together with our customers to develop a relationship that is based on value and trust. We are continuously seeking practical solutions to make homes comfortable for todays family lifestyles. Over the past 20 years, we have been providing satisfied customers throughout the Lower Mainland with both custom and spec homes. We also provide finishing carpentry contract services on multi residential sites. This has allowed us to stay in touch with the newest innovations in homebuilding technology and design. With an eye to detail and styles, we have developed a strong team of quality sub trades that work with us to provide our customers the best. Pete Yakabuski, Owner and President of F.M. Construction, is a journeyman carpenter. He and his wife and four children live in a new home they built for themselves in Fort Langley.
