Lifestyle management is a service to help where help is needed to create a complete work-life balance and ultimately make life easier. We build long-term relationships by getting to really know our clients. To our individual and business members we give back time to do the things they enjoy. We're no ordinary concierge company. After 15 years of providing outstanding customer service and building a wealth of meaningful relationships within specialised areas, we really do know the travel, music, sporting, entertainment and event industries. It's the personal relationships we have within these sectors that secures the otherwise unattainable, we genuinely make the impossible possible and for this, our members stay with us year after year, living ‘life in style’. We understand how personal our service is to our members and the importance of attention to detail, privacy and dedicated support. F13 Lifestyle is all encompassing and crucially, tailor-made to our client’s work and personal life. We meet each member face to face for a coffee or even a glass of bubbles for a catch up. We're not run by a board of directors or a PLC, and at times like this we've not felt the impact as other larger concierge competitors who have been forced to reduce staff and membership programmes. Now more than ever, our personalised service has been paramount. We have the flexibility and network of contacts to adapt and individualise our service; from providing our clients with early access to COVID-19 related medical services including anti-body tests and private healthcare, managed ‘stay at home’ celebrations, secured transport when companies have been closed and with the relaxing of restrictions continue to be a part of their return to a potentially ‘new lifestyle’. We're a family run business, the team and our members become part of an extended family, we have the network of a global company yet by remaining selective of who we work with.
