About FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot
With more than a decade of drone experience and FAA Part 107 certification, I provide broadcast-quality, regulation-compliant aerial imagery for public education, historic preservation, land management, and documentary storytelling. This certification grants full commercial authority to capture and distribute both still and motion visuals, enabling me to support media, public agencies, preservation efforts, and the public with imagery that informs, engages, and endures. My cinematography has appeared in over 60 video shorts aired on local (CBS), regional (PBS), and international outlets including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Paramount, Sky, and UKTV. Nearly six dozen still images have been published in a globally distributed book, and dozens more have supported print journalism. My work has also contributed to national FAA campaigns, including Drone Safety Awareness Week (2021) and the ARISE FAA Drone Symposium (2022). As a DronePro with the FAA Safety Team, I support safe UAS integration through interagency coordination and public education. I’ve participated in wildfire briefings with the U.S. Forest Service and delivered presentations covering regulatory compliance, incident case studies, and actionable safety strategies for both recreational and certified pilots. These efforts help advance the safe and responsible use of drones within the National Airspace System. With thousands of safe, compliant flights and air miles logged, I bring a proven record of operational safety, precision, and regulatory leadership to every mission—ensuring that each flight delivers not only perspective, but lasting value on the ground.
