FAAS is a firm bringing together like-minded, experienced people who wish to do things a little differently. The awarding winning founding partners at FAAS have worked together for a decade. Together the members of FAAS have over seventy years of collective experience working on project types diverse as industrial, educational, healthcare, residential, commercial, mixed use, institutional, as well as large-scale infrastructure and master planning projects. FAAS has established a design strategy based on utilizing rational analytics as the means of exploration. The studio simultaneously applies dynamic project management principles to provide organization and structure to the design process. This strategy provides the context for understanding design intentions within the processes of construction. The ultimate purpose of the FAAS collective lies within the belief that the realization of the project is the true purpose of design research.
