SIT License #48 Services: I. Facade Inspections - Cal-OSHA compliance survey II. Annual Inspections - Cal-OSHA Annual Certification III. 30 day Pre-use - Cal-OSHA Thirty (30) day pre-use inspection/certification IV. Load Testing - FEIS will provide proof load testing services that will allow you to meet the OSHA 1910.27, ANSI/IWCA I-14.1-2001, and ASME A120.1-2014 10 Year Load Test requirements and the new Fed OSHA walking and Working Surfaces Ruling requirements. V. OPOS Design and Development - OPOS is the instruction document showing how to safely perform window cleaning operations. An OPOS, or Operating Procedure Outline Sheet, verifies the equipment on the building to be used for window cleaning and exterior building maintenance procedures. Per California code, it must include a number of elements in pictorial and written form to instruct employees about safe use of roof supported building maintenance equipment and/or procedures for window cleaning. VI. Hoist Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair - Annual inspection of all hoists, regardless of use is required All hoists are to be removed from the building, opened for inspection and repaired if needed.?? VII. Consulting Services - FEIS will work with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and OSHA on behalf of the Building Owner to identify and/or rectify any existing building deficiencies; consult maintenance contractors on the proper use of an existing system VIII. Rectifying non-compliant OSHA issues
