FacilitaTrip offers a very intuitive, powerful and reliable tech tool to Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and DMCs: cloud-based, customizable, scalable, user-friendly and all-in-one. The platform helps TTL Companies in their daily tasks of designing, quoting, amending and finally booking complex trips, because all they need is in one single tool! The tool, which comes with FrontOffice and BackOffice environments, is equipped with a TripBuilder, complete with an interactive map, for easy creation of complex itineraries in a couple of clicks. FacilitaTrip also allows to create and publish digital brochures, to be exploited both own travel designers and by any B2B customer. The creation of the documents (quotation, confirmation, vouchers and RoadBook) is automated and the design of the documents is customized upon set up. The platform offers also a digital version of the quotation, a bespoke mini site where end customers can: - enjoy an interactive and digital version of the travel proposal - validate the proposal and pay for it - upload / download all the needed documents. The platform can be upgraded with a B2B Interface, providing the B2B customers of our customers with an amazing tool, that they can access for faster quotations, exploiting the digital brochure from the TourOperator, and the TripBuilder, for a tailor-made, from scratch quotation. The tool is also able to manage any offline direct contracts. The main goal of FacilitaTrip is to help Travel Creators be faster and more efficient in their daily tasks, and also allow their B2B customers to be more independent and enable them to quote quickly and in real time complex itineraries, even with the end customer in front of them: NO more waiting! FacilitaTrip completes its offer with a mobile App for the end customers, from where they can access any details of their trip and also buy more services on the go, with on-map indication of the available services close to the visited locations.
