We are a full-service mechanical company based in Dallas with a second office in Central Texas. We provide HVAC, plumbing, controls, equipment testing and chiller service exclusively to Commercial and Industrial clients. We are a family-owned operation that provides a friendly, supportive, family-oriented, transparent work environment committed to developing our people and maintaining a culture of putting our technicians first so that they can put the client first. We pay 100% tuition for any course, school or class our technicians wish to attend and have sent many people through manufacturer courses, chiller schools and 4 year degree programs. We are always investing in our technicians. Our client and our technician turnover are both extremely low. We understand that business operations require consistent facility performance. Facility Response Group embraces the responsibility of providing businesses with full-service, preventative maintenance solutions—providing prompt response, innovative technology and proactive strategies to keep facilities operating at peak efficiency. We diagnose, service, repair and replace the following types of equipment: Large RTU’s, VAV’s, VFD’s, boilers, all sizes and types of chillers including air cooled over 100 tons, all centrifugal and screw chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, heaters, exhaust fans, air compressors, make-up air units, fan powered boxes, controls and building automation. We also do equipment testing and analysis including balance vibration testing, laser shaft alignment and ultrasound scanning.
