A restaurant group led by Restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi, Factory Place Hospitality Group was founded March 2013. Executive Chef and Business Partner Angelo Auriana, joined Ferdinandi and his wife, Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi, in August 2013 shortly before the opening of The Factory Kitchen. Chef Auriana, one of the great Italian chefs of our time, leads the culinary program by sharing his wealth of knowledge in classic Italian fare. Chef re-creates classic recipes by using the freshest local seasonal ingredients with his team of dedicated professionals.
